SCS SB 258 -- COUNTY HEALTH CENTERS

This bill allows the county commissions in Cass and Cooper
counties to submit a proposal to levy a tax to operate a county
health center to a public vote.  Currently, this issue may only
be submitted for voter approval by initiative petition.
